Gasket for Fuel Cap?

Has anyone tried refurbishing their gas cap? I have looked a bit for an appropriate o-ring but cannot find one. Lexus certainly does not sell them!

I bought a new gas cap from Sewell. Not too bad in price (yes, more than a simple gasket!)

I have been using a Stant Instant Fill cap for about 4 years now. No more having to remove the cap to put in gas. I like it very much. They are about $13.00.
