So it looks like I was a bit premature. Turns out the tires were simply low. The gauge I was using for some reason was off by about 5 psi at the same time that the tires decided to be low. i.e. I must have used that gauge recently to set the tire pressure several months ago and one of them went below the threshold. I then rechecked them a few weeks ago with that same gauge. I noticed this when I was using a different gauge attached to the inflator and noticed they didn't match.

The light is now gone. Still, I'll take this as a warning and the next time I replace my tires, I'll replace the sensors (in a few years) and then reprogram them myself now that I've spent $150 on a the ATEQ.
