Standardized methods of measuring HP was changed in 2008, but the engine and output are still the same.
300-hp was the original measurement, but the new standards changed it to 288-hp. No changes to the engine were made. The new transmission did not affect power output. Torque also changed a bit from 325 ft-lbs to 317 ft-lbs.
There is better fuel economy rated at 21mpg combined for the 6-speed, whereas the 5-speed provided 20mpg combined.
Nothing spectacular, but it still helps in the long term.

Yeah that doesn't matter to her. 1 or 2 miles isn't a big deal.

Thanks again guys

2005 with 25k for $29k?
I'll be dropping my next door off tonight to pick it up. After going back and forward they only took $1,500 off so shes paying $27,500.
I'm just wondering if you guys think its a fair price, because she can still cancel the sale. Thanks

VH_Supra26, you can get work done at Toyota. I also own an Acura MDX and get the work done at the Honda dealer. Costs are reasonable.
I bought my 2007 with 13.200 miles for $33,000
