My navigation and middle console have stopped working..I checked fuses any other suggestions?

You need to be more specific.

Does the navigation door open ?
Does the radio door open ?
Does the radio work?
Have you tried to turn on radio from steering wheel controls

There are a number of fuses to check did you look in owners manual to see where the fuses are located. Could be a loose connection on one of the harness

Or do the battery un-hook and hook and see what happens...
