Sort of a strange listing from someone who obviously invested a significant amount of time and money into the supercharger. I would think that he would proudly mention the results of that effort.
I would expect "425hp! - Blows away Vetts" or "Runs with a Ferrari".
Instead it is "Running and driving"? - That is the type of phrase one would associate with a beater or project car.
Maybe the guy just doesn't know how to write copy, but I would be wary that the project didn't turn out so well.

Almost seems like its a dealer selling it. No plates, plus the front matt makes it seem that way even though its listed as an 'owner' sale. Explains why he's not interested in parting it or giving further details.

This is most certainly a dealer-owned car. Anyone that takes "trades" is typically not a regular consumer.
Also if you look carefully you'll see many of the lights on the dash are on, likely indicating serious issues with the car. Sounds like a great project car for the right customer, but certainly not a professionally-sold tuner.
