I bought a Toyota Supra spare tire. Works fine, fits great in the spare tire compartment in the trunk.

Lots of information about this on the Forum. You have to be careful - but you can get spares that fit the car, the rim has to be big enough to fit over the caliper though.. A lot of people seem to like the RX-8. I bought a new Toyota donut at the salvage yard based on forum recommendations.

I purchased the RX-8 donut. Fits perfect, obviously. For me, it was the best choice. I got the idea off of threads on this site.

Same here. Bought the whole unit and then sold the rest. Ended up paying under $100.

I found an OEM doughnut rim and tire on E-bay for $250. Have my eyes open for the rest of the kit now.

I have the RX8, I took the tray out and toothe advise of the "spare tire without killing trunk space" on this site and now I have a full size spare,with top down and a set of golf clubs in the trunk sweet
