picking up car tonight and need to know what settings I need for them to do, any resets of ecu, memories, etc. Right now I can hit home and have the nav take me to previous owners home a couple hundred miles away. would think first dealer would have erased everything but the dealer U got it from has to redo the detailing on the car. also looks like owner upgraded to Nav 3!...anything else?

You will want to go in and erase the old phonebook and upload your own contact list. Program the one touch calls as well.

Most of the personal settings can be set to your preference over time. But there are a bunch of pretty major settings that only the dealer can change. These are called C-BEST settings, which stands for Customized Body Electronic System.

You can download the list of these settings attached to this post.

Some dealers will always make changes to these settings for free. Others do one free change when you first get the car and then charge after that. Now may be your only time for the freebie.
