I am so thankful for every1's comments, im leaning toward the SC, How expensive is to Lower/Raise the SC, i just hate those stock rims, im defiantly going to put something new on it. Any reliable website that sell rims?

Surely, he is referring to top 20% from high school and the 4.0 is current achievement in his college years. Or maybe the 4.0 was only for the last semester. Either way, he's doing his thing in style, and apparently is a responsible young man for his parents to choose the SC as his purchase.

What an absolute "Mr. Suavey Continental!" Congrads young man--you can always tell those young ladies that they will get their chance AFTER you graduate from college, unless of course, you go on to med school or law school...oh and by hte way--the SC will NEVER disappoint you with her top down...roll on young sir!!

Let's be real here with a little advice from a 19 year old.. If you're single, what better way to get ladies than to have a great looking Lexus drop top? It's got better power and so much more fun to drive. Do you want the opposite sex to see you in a family car? No, they want someone who pushes the limits and buys a fun car. Slap some 20s on the SC, lower it, and there you go. My girlfriend was in awe when I first pulled up to her house in my new-to-me 2002 SC430 2 years ago.
The only bad thing about the whole opposite sex thing is that there is virtually no back seat in the SC

You know, either i didn't notice there was a second page or there was a major delay in sending my post. Because i now see you had already said what i had assumed. Anyway, keep up the good work! Get those college scholarships! I finished top 10%, 2 Degrees and didn't owe the University of Alabama at Birmingham a dime!

My first Lexus was an RX350. Very "practical", did well in snow, and yes was handy to go to Home Depot. But BORING. Sorry, great "soccer mom" car, if that's what you want. Also had a RAV4 which had the same practicality, but more fun to drive (same engine, 400 lbs lighter and much quicker throttle response). So I traded the RX for an IS F...
Second Lexus was the SC430. Beautiful car, definitely gets the "lookie lookie", but totally not practical. Ego car, but nothing wrong with that. Still have her, plan to keep her and repaint (see my thread on this if you care). Does need some performance upgrades, tho, as still slower on throttle than I'd like.
All depends on what you're looking for. Again, "apples to oranges". If you have another "practicall" car, I'd chose the SC.
