I just bought an '05 with low miles and in great condition from my local dealer. They offered me auction rates for my trade (not a Lexus) and asked for Edmunds price (and then some) for the '05. They offered me a 5 yr/ 125,000 mile/ $0 deductible bumper to bumper warranty included in the asking price. This was valued at roughly $2k per the warranty book I received. My point is you can get an extended warranty on the PB from the dealer for $0 if that is a major sticking point. Personally it sounds like your '02 is fantastic and I couldn't justify the extra $, but that's me. Good luck
