My new addition to the garage
I was fortunate enough to acquire a 2006 Pebble Beach TEM/Camel with 11,000 miles on it. It even came with the two piece luggage set... The person that I bought this from was 73 years old and did not drive it much over the last five and half years. It was made on 11/05 and put into service on 3/06. The vehicle looks and smells brand new. There are only two microscopic scratches on the lower front bumper. Because of this, my immaculate, 2004 WGC/Black with 36,849 miles on it will be looking for a new garage. If someone knows of a loving family that would take care of her please PM me. There will be a re-homing fee....

Congrats!!!!!!!!!! Looks fantastic. I think most of us would love to have a PB. I also have a white gold (but an 02) with 33K on it but would love to trade it for an 07PB someday. I would love to fall into a situation like yours with only 11K on it. GREAT JOB and enjoy-life is GOOD!

Hi ALBINO,
You sir, have found the 'proverbial needle in a haystack' or the 'one in a million'; take your choice.
That is just amazing; good for you.
The rest of us here are simply jealous.

Thanks, guys!
When I stumbled upon this I acted immediately. I called this guy from Germany for a week. Finally he left me a voice mail, said he was out of town and he would call me when he returned home. He called my voice mail and left a message that he had returned. I was lucky that I checked my voice mail five minutes later. I contacted him and within forty minutes the deal was done. He gave me the VIN# and I went on-line to check the service history.
I contacted the Lexus dealer that he bought it from and they confirmed what he had told me. I payed for a CarFax to verify all of the information and then I called my bank. This was on Monday 7-11-2011. He received the check on Wednesday the 13th in the morning. (thank you FEDEX) The SC was loaded into a enclosed transport that afternoon and on Friday afternoon 7-15-2011 it was resting in my air conditioned warehouse in Orlando, Florida....
I never physically saw the car before I purchased it. I trusted this man and he was a "man of his word". When it arrived in Orlando I had a friend of mine go over this car with a "microscope." He couldn't believe that there was not a scratch on it. I told him to look under the car. That is where he found two one-one hundredths of an inch scratches on the front bumper. He laughed and said; "know one will ever see those, unless you drive over them"....
I had seen this color combination on one of the forum threads and I fell in love with it. The big bonus is that it was a Pebble Beach with the luggage...
I have been calling a few dealers today to purchase an extended warranty. Because it is five and a half years old the warranty has expired. One of the other posts stated; that Toby from Lexus in Shreveport would be able to help me and they were right. When I return from Germany in the fall. I will purchase a 5 year 60K warranty for it. I know the miles are very low but I also know that Lexus will stick it to you for repairs.

Jim,
Everytime I look at the photos of your SC it makes me want to keep them both... You have done some very clean mods to yours. I like the BP logo and debadging, the G-spyders with spacers and all of the other things you have mentioned. I know if I did the same to the WGC/ black it could look fantastic.

I purchased the Lexus Platinum Warranty from Toby at Lexus of Shreveport when I had my IS250. Great guy, best prices and I used the warranty many times. When I sold it, I still had 2 years left on the warranty and Lexus refunded me the difference. See you when you return stateside

Yes we are all very jealous of this find. Some of us get lucky.
Good luck with it.
