the LS 400's brake caliper will not directly fit on our SC's do a search, you will need to drop the lower RCA or shave the caliper.

Are you asking which models brakes are identical to our SC's or are you trying to upgrade the brakes by using another models brakes?

They are not the same as the ones on the 2GS (300/400/430)?

ding ding ding we have a winner,

the rear portion of the Supra's caliper is made of iron allowing it to be slimmer/smaller, giving it the clearance it needs to clear the lower RCA,

The LS caliper is made of aluminum front + back so it is a little bit bulkier, and sticks out further than the supra TT calipers. It sticking out causes it to interfere with the travel of the RCA.

and as far as what calipers are the same as our OEM SC430 ones the GS & SC share the same double piston floating caliper for the front axle, and the rear calipers are the exact same as the ones used on the first gen IS300's

A friend is wanting a BBK for his SC430, so I'm seeing if another application will fit.
