Default Hot Air Blowing With Top down

A while back there were a number of posts about the annoying problem some were having when the air circulation system would seem to blow very hot air into the cabin with the top down regardless of the setting (AC off of course). I was curious if anyone may have ultimately found a solution.

On my SC there is coming warm air out the vents. The heater and fan is off but a little air is coming out warm.
I switch on the heater, lower the temp to the lowest temperature (16 C in Holland) wait a few seconds and then switch of the heater completely.
Now it is a lot cooler

I am not sure what is meant by turning the heater on or off. Do you mean turning the climate control system off?

Thanks

Yes, this issue has been covered quite a bit in the past. IIRC, there is a C-Best setting for it.

The SC430 is set up to blow warm air on the feet when the top is down. I don't agree with the choice but it is set up to work that way. Just like rexio stated, the best way to deal with it is to turn the temperature control temperature setting way down and then either leave it on or turn off the temperature control (a/c) altogether. That seems to be the best way to deal with it.

If I remember correctly, there were some that attempted to have it turned off by C-Best but were unsuccessful, though, I could be remembering that wrong also.
