lowering spring installation
i have a set of tanabe NF210 springs. does anybody have any experience on installing them yourself? the shops locally are charging some outrageous prices to install and i wanted to know if somebody could but together a guide or just some general tips on making it DIY.

530...too much. i dont think too much more is involved in changing out these springs as opposed to any other car...someone correct me if im wrong.

If you have a Kragens or pepboys, the spring clamp compressor is Free of Charge to rent.
Installation is easy, you just need air tools. Look around the strut to see what to disconnect, try to unscrew everything u see holding the strut assembly.
