SC430 LED tail lights upgrade.. Please advise!
Has anybody have successs in upgrading from regular light bulbs to LED tail lights for SC430??? I've heard mixed opinions on that so far... some say it's as simple as replacing the light builbs with the LEDs which costs near nothing, some say it can be done but would require buying the full led tail light kit including the ECU, others say it's impossible because new models have different voltage than older models.... please advise!!! thanks!!

did u read the other post? do a search. Basically if you dont get the ecu you see a bunrt out bulb light on your dash. If this doesnt bother you then you dont need to spend the extra $250 on a ECU. The kit cost about $520 just for the tail lights. replacing the lightbulbs with leds are just replacing lights thats not going to make your tail lights different. The 2006 tail lights are completly redesigned and in almost everyones opinion look a hell of a lot better. If u got any more questions u can email me at tonydt1g3r@aol.com I upgraded my tails a while back and it looks great
