Sc400 with a strange leak
Can someone verify what this leak is? It is hard to tell what kind of fluid it is. I have posted two pictures for reference. The leak is coming from a drain tube that is located within a hole in the engine splash cover. It seems like the drain tube is about 3 inches in length and possibly attached to the radiator. In the first picture you can see the 3-4 inch round stain which is in line with the high beam and on the concrete. Any help is appreciated.

never been under a sc with a splash cover.. but the area in the first pic is where the radiator/coolant drain plug is. yet the second pic is not the the drain plug..it looks green, that can indicate antifreeze/coolant, even though toyota usues/recommends red/pink cooloant. as long as its a ethylene glycol based coolant.
looks like maybe the condenser drain for the AC? does this spot only appear on warm days when you use the AC? if so, no worries, its normal.

What is the drain tube for?
It is not for the a/c. Someone who knows please chime in. I am referring to the one in the second picture of the first post of this thread. I now believe it is for the radiator drain ****. If so, hopefully it is just a bad o ring that can be replaced.
