Default Engine Coolant Leak HELP

Hi guys,

I have recently noticed that I am leaking antifreeze, overnight about 2 inch diameter puddle. I just jacked up the car and examined it. The leak is coming from as far as I understand it, the radiator drain tube.

See pic:

I tried turning the little handle (circled on the picture), thinking it would stop the leak, but it is even worse now.

Any ideas of what I can do to stop this leak, it is very inoying.

Thank you
