How Dangerous is this?

That's quite bad. It may loosen up and give you wicked vibrations and screw up your alignment and then eventually fall out. Don't drive on it.

Dude don't drive your car. You need to replace your front crossmember. There's no fixing that. Only thing holding your control arm in place right now is probably the tightness of the camber bolt. If you into a bump on the road that thing is gonna fall out and it's gonna be catastrophic. No joke.

Yes it is the crossmember. Yes it is where the motor is mounted. Unibodies doesn't have a chassis persé. The crossmember IS the chassis. The lower control arm has 2 mounting points, but the other one is just the caster, that means all the weight is on the camber part mount which is where exactly that broken piece is at.

I really want to learn more about suspension.
anyway how deep is this repair? I was going to be getting the part at pick n pull this weekend, but I really need to get to work the rest of this week, 30 miles away on the freeway.

I also vote for not driving it it doesn't matter how many places its connected once that one lets go you have a spinning wheel that will most likely bash into the fender and cause all kinds of damage, and then you will have multiple things to fix.
Change the rack bushings while you are in there if you haven't already. have some motor mounts to go if you are in a rush they tend to break on removal when they are old so if you are trying to reuse be aware of that. good time to swap to supra lower control arms also if you were planning on doing that but not needed.
