Need experts advice on fender pulling

Need experts advice on fender pulling
Long story short I f'd up got more that what i was asking for.
295/45/18s on a 13.5" wheel. I know side walls are too big but these are brand new so the option of getting different tires are kinda out of the question right now, although when these wear out i will go with a wider smaller profile tire. Judging from the pictures would i be able to fit them with a pull or would i have to cut the fenders and weld? One thing im concerned about is the amount of body work that will be involved (downtime/broke). The other option would be to throw on fender flares and call it a day. I do like the flares but i dont like how it goes over the line of the car. I also dont think i need that big of a flare, plus my front wheels fit perfectly fine so i would have to run spacers in the front. For all of you who has gone through this process id like you input/opinions. Its not something il do right away but something i will fix in the near future. Just too ugly right now. I can take more pictures if needed

Holy. 13.5!?
You MIGHT be able to get away with a pull, but more than likely you'll have to cut and weld if you want your ride to be slammed.
One thing you need to know about SC's is that they use a thicker steele than most cars do on the body. So any fender work is immediately going to be more difficult than it would be on say a Honda or Nissan (took a full day for a buddy to do a slight roll on all 4 corners, and it still cracked his paint).

I dont plan on slamming the car im more into make it fit a bit better so i can lower the rear a little. I had to really raise the rear up to even drive it. I know the rears are really tough. I have them rolled but not completely flat so im thinking of shaving some of the lip off. But yeah 13.5" I bit more than i can chew.

You can get away with a pull. It just takes time and patience. Use a good fender roller and lots of heat. Check out my build in the build log section. I have a few pics when I was doing my pull.
