LOL at some of the comments, his car isn't slammed. Exotics are easily that low. They gonna make them take off bumpers too? A tow company is supposed to come out to help you, not make things worse. The driver of the trunk obviously had no clue what he was doing and should have refused the job instead of messing up his car. I never had to remove the front bumper on my STi to get it on a flatbed and it was lower than that.

Anyways, regardless, if they didn't take responsibility they shouldn't have done it and refused to get it on knowing the car was modified.
Bingo. And yes, I'm still fighting it.

I rather spend 10 minutes or less to take off the bumper than lose out on a what $300-400 bumper
After 24+ hours of travel, I decided to take his word for it that the car would get on with the ramp + wood. As he put it, "don't worry man - I've picked up porsches lower than this, its no problem at all"

Again, lesson learned. Has zero effect on how much i care for my car. which, is a lot, by the way

That really sucks! Hopefully they finally come through and pay up! The car looks pretty average height-wise. I know most flatbeds can maneuver the bed, they did that with my old Cavalier that was lowered. Took him some time, but got it on without a problem or boards. The SC still looks good though!

Go see a lawyer as you will almost for sure win as you have pics for proof! Have them show you where it says they do not tow modded cars ?
