connector adapter is part number 09082-00760. I bought it from handsontools.
For horn, just cut the wire that I think is riveted to your SC wheel. Install a female spade terminal, and connect it to the male tab on the celica wheel (you will see the male tab in your pic of the celica wheel in the IS300 thread)

I also replied to your response in the IS300 wheel thread. I will here too. I installed an IS200 wheel onto my 95 sc400 not too long ago. I left the SC hub on, and bought the airbag sub harness connector to adapt the SC clip to the clip on the IS wheel. I also cut the wires for the cruise control because I don't use it.

nice. I was hesitant on splicing the airbag harness. Just in case I ever need it, I want to make sure it works.
Here is the pic of the horn wire. It is riveted/soldered on. Snip it, strip it, and crimp on a female spade connector:
Here is the pic of your 3 spoke wheel. Connect the above crimped spade connector black wire to the tab that the yellow wire is connected to in pic:
haha, and keep your money bud. thanks anyway

yes, that's what I did. Just snip them in the middle of the wire length just in case you ever wanted to re-install it
After snipping the wires, individually heat shrink the ends of the wires to insulate them. Also, I disconnected the battery while installing the wheel because some people have mentioned the airbag light coming on if the airbag harness was disconnected while battery still on.
