^ i think you dont like being seen in your 240 as much as your sc... something about driving the SC feels good haha idk!
i think a lot of the SC crowd came from the s-chassis and they feel like it was a step forward and they dont want to take a step back but i think the s-chassis is a perfect platform for anything you want to do with whether it be speed or looks and can all be done relatively cheap due to so much aftermarket support. which is another reason why SC guys feel better, bc when you get a new part on your SC it was a hard find or a expensive buy haha
but hopefully within the next few years SC's start getting more and more aftermarket brands making stuff for it... i personally wouldnt care if everyone had one that would just mean more parts laying around

Well said Sir...well said. I had 2 S14s and a S13 vert. I would NEVER trade my SC for one. I would buy one as a gas sipping daily driver and have fun taking corners I find along the way. I would rather be seen driving my SC with pride and getting admiring looks then trading it for a S13 and feeling like im driving a toy car

I had a moderately modded SC before I got a S13 coupe with fairly nice mods and I sold it shortly after and got another SC. LOL! I was thinking about trading my '97 for a S14 but 240's have a high drift tax. Out of every car I've owned the SC is my favorite, and then it's the MR2.

I had a s13 fastback and a G35 (both burned allot of oil too) but the only car I bought a 2nd time was the SC. This is my 2nd one and I would not trade for a 240. I like the SC better than both of them.

Sale, buy another, take a loss and let this be a lesson learned. Dont dwell on it most who sold their SCs probably feel the same even if they went on to newer cars.
Got that right!
Thats it!

Imaging getting this car only to realize the engine needs to be rebuilt or something worse.
Im glad you got it running, good luck.

I sold my '98 dwp sc3 so I could get an '04 s2000. While I feel like the s2k suits me alot more I still miss the sc from time to time.
And yes, I still lurk around here to see what ppl are doing with their sc's lol
