It's a 92 SC300. Fuel pump kicks on when supplied external power. Going to take some pressurized air to the electrical plugs etc. tomorrow and see what I end up with.

Fixed one problem, now have another.
Ok, pulled everything apart, found lots of water in the spark plug galley. Blew it all out, threw some new plugs in and found that the plugs in it were shot. Put it all back together and it ran like a champ, didn't even have the stalling problem I had before the water issue. For about 10 minutes...
Now it idles high, like 2100 rpm... Thinking it's a vacuum leak, a lot of the hoses are pretty old and brittle.

You may well be onto something by looking into the vacuum line issue, but another simple cause for this on the 2jzge motor, particularly after a plug change, could simply be a binding or misadjustment of the throttle linkage cable after R&Ring the throttle body to access the plugs. Look for simple stuff first.
