Default Engine immobilizer removal / bypass

Is there any way to remove the immobilizer from the factory engine ECU. I have a complete 1uz drive train from a 99 SC400 ( engine, trans, harness and computer ) however I don't have the key or transponder amplifier. I'm familiar with the bypass modules for remote start that learn the code from a factory key and have seen replacement ( solder in ) chips to learn a new key. I'm using this engine for a swap and would like to just eliminate the system as a whole. Anyone with experience doing this?

Thanks

Maybe this would be better posted in the SC performance forum?
