Black seats and carpet in an original tan interior
I am thinking of re-upholstering my seats and carpet. I currently have a tan interior, but am thinking of doing the leather and carpet in black.
What do you guys think? Would it clash too much with the other tan pieces (dash, steering wheel, door trim, etc.)?
Let me know your collective thoughts on this issue. Also, anybody have pictures of such a "combo" interior?

There are hundreds of threads on here with that color scheme and plenty of links with pictures attached. Use the search button.
It looks good with moderate black spray SEM black or something similar. Good luk with your progress. You can also use RIT dye on your mats and carpet if you have a big enough garbage can.

I'd recommend changing the poo color to black if going this route with black seats. It would require swapping out the upper half of the interior. Beige, black and poo adds up to too many colors. Lexus did have a few beige/black cars from the factory and it looks quite good.
Otherwise, go for full black interior swap.
