Default sc300 vs sc400 vs gs400??

ok guys its that time . i have a 93 sc300 avg condition. its pushing 155K soon and i really dont know what to do. it needs new tires and shocks which i have coming. but it will need new motor/tran mounts / new bushings and the 160k services. im in the market for something newer such as a 98+ sc400 or a gs400. should i just save up for something new or fix my ride up with 97 kit and restore everything? so here are the option

1 newer car 98 + sc400/gs400 blow my saving

2 update my sc now with 155k spending 5k plus (paint job/97 kit/ go fast parts)

buget is around 8.5k plus the 3.5k to 4.5k i would get for my car.

i want to know what do you guys think?

yea man, go for a newer car w/ lower miles. Ur just gonna have more and more problems w/ a high mileage car. The GS400 has alot more technology in it compared to th 98+sc's. To me the Sc's are more of a toyota, and the 2GS's more of a Lexus.
