^ yeah I was walking by and just happen to look inside, the car was in great shape, no idea why it was there but the wheel is in 9/10 shape.
If anyone could help me get the airbag/ cruise control to work that would be awesome. I always thought the airbag and cruise control functionality were hand in hand, if the airbag didn't work neither would the cruise control. It's at least that way with Honda/Acura.
I already made this myself and it didn't work, it's literally 2 wires, a blue ground and a yellow signal wire. It's very simple, use the OEM clip from the clockspring of the Rav4 and the airbag side of a SC. I got both clips from wrecked cars at the salvage yard, I of course would not clip my perfectly good airbag from my car lol... VERY self explanatory, saved $28 dollars.. http://www.l-tunedparts.com/product/?id=3097
Anyone know if a 97 ES300 steering wheel will work? EDIT, went to local pullapart expecting to look at a 97 wheel but instead there was a 2001. Looked just like a 97, wood and gray, very good cond. but I need tan or tan and wood. Also had the turn signal stalk removed. Dont know if my 93 SC4 stalk would be direct bolt on but sure did like the wheel. $40.00 and comes with the airbag.

I sold my 92 SC with the RAV4 steering wheel so now I'm OBD2 in the 97 SC400 and have a few options for GS and ES wood/tan. Any tips on what works or doesn't work?
Pretty sure you've got the exact same options as before. Isn't it only '98 or '99+ that went to the new style single-stage airbag connector? In other words, the '97 connector is no different from your old '92 one.
