I would like some sympathy, please
While driving on one of Atlanta's main roads, West Peachtree, I was rear ended by a guy in a mail truck. He was making a severe lane change from the left curb lane (W. Ptree is one way, six lanes) into my lane, and clipped me on the left rear corner. Tail light lens busted, trunk lid dented, bumper creased, and left tail pipe pushed in. I thought I was an agressive driver, but now I know what it means to "go postal." Now my CD player skips, but I'm going to have a hard time including that on the insurance claim.

Ouch, that sucks! I don't think you should have ANY problems in getting the Insurance company to claim your CD changer. It was working before and now since the guy hit you - it's farking up. Simple.
Be sure that you get your money for the changer, 450$ for a refurbished one at the dealership. And since Insurance companies have to pay for new parts, thats 1,500$ in your pocket.

holy cow i drive down that road everyday when leaving work and school, that street is crazy! all that construction and crazy potholes and narrow lanes!
you must know of that infamous manhole/pothole on the left lane of west peachtree that is right before the access road?
that access road is awesome as hell though! i love that! its got that killer curve, how fast have u gone around that? i've only take about 60mph max on that, anymore and i ***** in my pants.
do u race alot on that 2 laner? its fun to be agressive on that since its like a super long straightaway.

Skipping CD
Same thing happened to me. Send the unit to Lexus and they will "realign" it and clean it for $100.
Kirk
P.S. Do it AFTER you do the insurance claim for the $1500!!
Bastards!! My front light lens was $350 for just the lens!!
