Value of 1996 Sc300
Hello everyone!
I have an uncle in his 70s that has asked me to assist in the sale of his 1996 SC300 and was curious what people thought I should ask. He's been retired for most of the ownership, which is why the miles are so low.
He is the original owner.
He has all of the service records. Regular oil, timing belt changed, etc...
A little paint fade in the front but very good overall condition as the car was garaged its entire life.
A little wear on the driver's seat but nothing approaching a tear.
Very good mechanical shape.
114,000 miles original miles.
I know what Kelly Book value is but this being an original owner, might make it a bit more valuable.
Thoughts are appreciated!
Thanks, Joe

I just recently posted my 1992 sc300 for $5500
like yours this car is in great shape. It only has 48,900 miles but is a two owner car.
5500 seems to be good price, at lest where i'm located. Seeing that your car is in the same shape with more miles, but is newer and only a owner car. I would ask some wear around the 5500 mark if I were you.

I am currently looking for a SC300 and have found 5 speed manual transmission cars with similar mileage for the average price of 6-7k$. I honestly would not pay that much for a 96 Auto; at most, 3-4k$ below the 100k mile mark.
Yes, being that it is a original owner car it does have a better appeal, but at the end of the day 100k+ miles will still come with a list of maintenance to consider.
Just my personal opinion.
