Well I finally got around to buying another lexus, more so a rwd this time but.. there was no standard available!
I didn't see in the stickies anywhere with an approximate cost on manual swapping this car, car had a good carfax history but seems it was only for oil changes, car just rolled 130k on the factory timing belt(will be later this month i tackle that).. auto trans fluid looked disgusting and smelt the same and after doing the gradual flush i still feel like I cant trust this slushbox with my driving style..
Any approximate costs on what the cheapest trans to go with if i plan on keeping the car stock, and prices on say the clutch pedal setup, flywheel, also any recommendations on a budget clutch? I can't stand driving a slushbox again but I really am enjoying the power this car puts out- and that means mostly manually shifting my auto and from what i heard hurts it..
I figure i'll leave the rear end alone at first till i can deal with the price shock of the supra torsen diff..
threw my cobra r rims on it

Nice find, there are a few guys here on the forum who have done the Nissan 350Z CD009 6 speed transmission swap. Cost varies based on which adaptor kit you decide to go with. Check out the build threads on here for more info. You can get a complete manual pedal set from Drift Motion for about $450.
Good luck with your build keep up posted.
