I have searched and managed to find all kinds of schematics for SC 400

Would very much appreciate a link that works or view for the schematics of the power windows.

here is the scoop
The pass window goes up wont come down from neither switch.

There must be a relay somewhere tried two switches neither one works.

The same motor goes up and down at the master for the driver window.

Is only on the passenger side that the motor goes one way at the pass switch UP no down

at the master same thing up no down.

Are there relays in the system and if so which one for power windows.

Thank you I see there is a relay in the circuit

Where is the location for the relay is it one of those in the fuse box the one relay on the engine compartment also powers the sunroof and I have no issues there.

is only the driver side on either switch wont work it goes up on the pass side nothing on the master side.

there is power going to both switches

Ok found the relay energized 1 &2 and it cliqued, measured resistance between 5 & 3 and reads 0 now I am really confused
the relay is working

yes hard to believe that with all the sleeves and protection the wire harness would have a broken wire... out of all of them only one was broken
