Talking Any WA State SC owners that can help?

I've lifted my car to attempt to change the fog light bulbs. I have a '96 and I have yellow H3 bulbs off eBay. But I can't figure out what to do after I get the rubber seal off cause I can't see! (My car is lowered) if there is anyone in the Seattle area that can meet up and help I would appreciate it!

I put mine up on jack stands and removed the wheels. There is also a shroud in the wheel well that you have to remove. (as I recall) That's how I worked on the fog lights.

Take the wheel off and remove the splash guard in the fender well, it'll be very easy to get to after that. Otherwise if you have your lower splash shield like me, there are a ton more 10mm screws to take off and it makes the job harder.

You could always just remove the front bumper cover
