Shine Auto, Still in business???
So i've attempted to contact Shine Auto, over the phone, several times to place an order only to receive a voice message greeting. This has been over the course of the past month.
Are they still in business? If so, is anyone else having issues reaching them telephonically?
Thx

I had the same problem when I ordered a rear bumper a year ago. Despite what anyone says....they don't like talking to people. They would rather you order through one of their distributors like MVP or whoever. Disappointing for two reasons:
1. You've gotta give someone else mark-up money
2. Speaks to their customer service skills. They may treat others well but it doesn't matter when it comes to YOU!!!!!
With that being said, I've got the kit all around and the build quality and fitment is exceptional. If you can eat a lil crow, go the vendor route and have no worries. G/L.

I spoke to them a few months ago and had a good conversation That being said they probably get alot of calls and not enough manpower to answer them all. maybe just bad luck on your part?
