Got another sc300 Apexi AFC dinosaur?
So yesterday purchased a 95 auto sc300 it has a Na-T setup it seems a bit jimmy rigged and idles a bit rough but it was a purchase well worth it as I bought the whole car with 19s a drop and the Na-T setup and plan on gutting it for my 92 5speed so I stared running through it cause I didn't even check the thing out before I bought it cause it was such a steal ($1000) it runs and drives and I drove it a bit to see how it was and to my surprise it was fairly nice and I am entertaining fixing it up and having two
Going through it a bit today and found this Apexi Afc unit in the glove box wired up and can't find an ounce of info on it below is a link to a picture I found on google I searched the forums several actually but all i could find info on was the NEO and went to the apex site still no dice as far as a manual or anything only thing I did learn was its crazy old I do understand how the AFC's work to an extent but any info that some of you might have from dealing with these units or anything really would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Geez I've never seen one that old. Your best bet is to rip that thing out and replace it with something more modern and reliable. Are you running off a manual boost controller and FMU? If so its only safe about 5-7 lbs of boost and that AFC will be too hard for you to figure out and street tune it, ditch it

Not sure yet about the MBC or FMU I haven't had anytime today to dig through the thing to see what other surprises lie in wait for me to find cause of all this snow :thumbed:
but ripping it out is pretty much the game plan at this point due to the lack of info on this unit and how low tech it is.
