Sunroof closed but loose(play).
Hey Folks,
Noticed today while driving that the rear of the sunroof glass is loose to the touch. The sunroof is fully closed, but with my finger I can press on the glass towards the rear and feel the rear portion of the glass move up and down probably a 1/4" or so.
Is this normal play? I realized it while driving when a big gust of wind caused the back end of the sunroof to flap up and down. Is there any screws/bolts I should look for to tighten down.
Thanks
Biz

Hey MyLexusSC300,
Thanks for the info, I'll see if I can fiddle around with the seal. I live in Fairfax County, Northern VA. I used to work at Pohanka Lexus in Chantilly for many years. I have grown attached to these cars.
Thanks

I believe this is normal. It helps remove the air pressure caused by the huge SC door being closed. Look at the sunroof while closing the door and you will know what I mean.
