Has anyone figured out a solution for this problem on the SC300/400? Some say it has to do with the air pressure in the cabin; but on my SC, it's the passenger door that gives me this problem. I have to open the window a bit for passengers that enter my car so they don't have to slam the door shut getting in or out. My drivers door is fine. For a while I thought it was a misaligned door latch, but the latch is fine.
You should also check where the front fender and the door meet. If you see a little paint missing it's probably because of your hinge causing your door to sag just enough causing it to rub on the front fender. Just something easy to look for.
