I put price on quality and condition. I can buy an SC for $1000 or $5000 depending on how nice it is. If the seats are top shape and that's what you want are top shape, pony up whatever it takes to get them.

OP, I went to pick up my Supra seats in fair cosmetic but mechanically excellent condition for $200. Upon seeing them the seller agreed to $185. I consider that par for the course. If they had near perfect leather I'd have expected to pay between $300-$400. Perhaps no more than $450 for absolutely perfect seats. (Note: these were tan seats. Black might go for more.)
In my case I just needed the seats for their holding ability with the intention of recovering them later. Look for yours according to what you need and what you're willing to put in. FYI, recovering can cost about $600 just for the new leather alone.
