around 600 - 700 hp depends on the components you get aside from the turbo and the manifold to help support it

...600whp at 3000RPM? Yeah right... this is one dyno graph I have to see...

Couple things to consider... we're talking, "TORQUE" not "WHEEL HORSEPOWER"... and if you do the math... more engine displacement and a smaller turbo = restriction. Even IF what you say is true... the Torque and HP would fall off so quickly it wouldn't be useable or even comparable.
