Welcome ruki, Check your battery connections first. What you described is common on our cars. Most people find the ground connection bad. Checke to see if they are clean and tight.

Could it be the alternator? The next time it happens, try honking your horn and see what happens. If you hear it go from normal to dying, then its either the battery or the alt.

My car had that problem when i bought mine.
I got a new battery and all but i found out it was the alternator.
Then my car died couple months after, but it was my battery connection.
Then my car died again, but i think it was because i didn't warm up my car and i drove off bumping up my stereo system without a capacitor.

Ground Connections.
There's a ground connection to the chassis right next to the battery. It's on a metal rectangle shape plate bolted to chassis that connects to the -ve of the battery. It's very very thin in my opinion (smaller than 8ga). So I hooked up a couple of 8ga wire to engine and chassis directly to the battery -ve around the engine bay. I also found that the factory ground connections were on top of paint (ie. bolted the connection on top of paint) which isnt really ideal for transferring current. Needless to say, I scratched the paint to get a better connection.
A good way to check if your car is properly grounded is to generate some static and see if your car zaps you. If it does zap you then you got excess charge in the chassis and need to clean your ground connections.
Toan.
P.S. this is on a JDM Soarer, so location may be different (we have our battery on the passenger side of the car.
