Do you hear the washer motor whine when you press the spray?

First off, can you hear the pump working when you try and spray the windows?? Try having someone operate it for you while you listen at the either the fill spout or down in fender well in front of the driver side wheel. If it's operating, then maybe you could look for a disconnected water line. There are connections which could be loose/disconnected at the pump, around the driver side hood hinge, and again on the under side of hood itself.

If the pump isn't running, it could have died, or power was unplugged, or the fuse could be bad.

If the motor and lines are hooked up and working, the lines may be clogged. Take a air line and spray ever so gently, into the line, and see if that doesnt free up the obstruction. Mine was and after doing this it works great again. Just a thought.
