After 10 long years of going up and down and up and down, it finally broke, the Antenna is no more, coming home today from the hamtons, turned off the radio, let the grinding begin! grind grind grind.... whats happend? did my rear view mirror fall off? no it's the antenna at half mast bobbing up and down like a cheap hooker under the queensboro bridge. what do i do know? i have read the posts on replacements and stuff like that, how much is lexus going to charge me? how much is the part itsself, can it be a do it ur selfer? what about non factory? will i still get the higher AM pole and then watch it go down lower when i switch in to FM, not that AM worked before anyway. what a horrible end to a great weekend. hope you guys had a great 4th, im feeling a little bored, and the city is completly empty so im going to see how fast i can get the Acura going down 5th Ave. talk to you guys soon !

I wrote a reply somewhere about replacing the attenna mast. Very easy to do. Just get a new mast. Cheap part.

Oh yeah, if you plan on keeping that Acura, take it to a track and race it. Otherwise the person you kill will own it.

not careless what so ever, if you have ever lived in manhattan, 5th and 29th all the way down town is empty esp on nights like this, its a great place to meet. why dont you drive your 300 here and see how u do. ill race you for your antenna.

I do not plan on getting in a pissing match with you. I made a suggestion and prefer to leave it at that.

If you want a race for ownership of that Honda, let me know, I will truck that thing out to Cali, borrow a SkylineGTR from motorex , and send you back on a plane.

Now come on, racing in the city is bad news, so shut off the DVD player and take out the "Fast and the Furious" movie. I do not protest racing on the street, just not in a city.

My disgust was from your disregard for human life by your defense that your insurance policy would put a price on a person's life. That is horrible.
