Default What rims to get??

I wanna get this right the first time on my 95 sc300... Im planning to get 17" or 18" rims, what a good width and offset for the rim to look good on my sc300... Also i got jade green or dark green color car... What color rims match it? Im thinking of gold rims or black?? If you other choice in mind, please let me know too, so i can consider it too.

Anyways here my car that i recently brought!

hmm i think gold or bronze should work well.. maybe consider gunmetal too? You should go with 18''s.. 17''s looks too small IMO

I have 18x8.5 and 245's all the way around with a +35 offset and I like the fitment. No fender roll here, although it is really close in the rear.

offset --- i go for low 20's
width--- 8.5, 9, 9.5 , 10 ++++ etc
18" is best in my opinion for sc's

black rims ...
gold rims...
chromes ... ........... .............. ..................... it all depends what style

Well, I think it kind of depends on the look you are trying to go for. If you was me I'd say something like:

18x10 [front] +20 225/40/18 Low Disk
18x11 [rear] +15 245/40/18 Super Low Disk

that and having rolled and pulled fenders would do it for me. If gives it the flush and stretched tire look.

I am running bronze Work XD9's on my green Soarer.

I was originally looking at gunmetal which I think would look great as well.

Don't go low disk if you ever want to upgrade your front brakes as most larger brake setups will require high disk.

Matt.

Does anyone think it a stupid or ghetto idea getting
Front 17"x8.0-8.5
Rear 18" X 9.0-9.5?

or

Front 16" x 8.0-8.05
Rear 18" X 9.0-9.5?

That makes it the cool look like a dragsters affect.
