You wouldn't believe what a simple attempt to title a thread would do for your help. Ask anyone here, "help!" is the commonly most ignored thread title on the site. (We've done a poll)
Andrew already gave you the correct answer.

Not saying you didn't check them properly and all that, but the last 5 guys we told to check fuses and they said they were good came back a week later saying "aw hell that one LOOKED good, but I replaced it and it worked after that". which is why I never inspect fuses by sight. Incase you didn't, use a test light or voltmeter and verify current capability across the fuses. It makes a world of difference in waiting a week or more if you really do have a bad fuse with a junction breach.
Also, check outside, under the hood on the higher power stuff since this is a main junction somewhere you are having issues with.
From there, Have to start at the source (main junction box) and work backwards.
Good luck!

I had the same problem when the battery died. I believe the ignition lock and shifter lock are tied together in some fashion. I say check battery and alternator.
The window thing, not sure what to tell you there.... I've had the same issue but it was a ground wire gone bad in the wire harness which is common....
Hope this helps.
