wood grain question

Default wood grain question

how do you take the wood grain peices off the dashboard? and i wanna paint them black so what paint did any of you use, and whats the procedure to painting them, im trying to start my interior tomorrow, black and bmw interior red

The procedure has not changed from the other threads about removing the wood grain or painting them

you can start by removing the dashboard
