I need some of your guys expert advice, I've got some 17x9 wheels and I need help choosing tires. I was thinking 235/40 or 235/45. Which would look better and would be closest to stock diameter? Any help is much appreciated.

Question on pulling rear fenders. I have these specs. 19x9.5 & 10.5, 0 offset. 235/35/19 and 245/35/19.
I want to shave the rears because I hate the distorted look of the rears being rolled. Can i still be able to pull the fender out even with a shave? I'm on air suspension and I'm trying to tuck the tire for stance. Thx guys

Anyone know if you can happily fit 18x10 +15 without major fender work?
I would be happy to roll the guards, but pulling them not so much.
Here CP_Ree has fitted them, but does not mention if any major fender work was conducted.

Anyone able to shed some light?

Btw, those wheels are the exact same wheel i am thinking of fitting.

I would not recommend trying to pull the rears after they are shaved. The two metals could likely separate and then it would really look bad. You need a good body shop pull or someone who really knows how to take their time on it.

Yes you can fit those specs with just the fenders rolled front and rear. You will need camber and some stretch though.

So I'm thinking about picking up some brand new SSR Sp1 Professors for my 97 sc300. RIght now I've got megans coilovers dropped somewhat low, all fenders are rolled. Size for the Sp1 are 18x9 +15 and 18x10 +20.
First question is.....What tires should I get? I really like the stretched tire look.
Second question is......will the rears fit flush with out any camber issues?

Example:
My car with photoshopped sp1

What i hope it would look like but with a bigger lip

Brigestone Potenza RE-11 are a great set of summer/spring tires. Very sticky tires and handling is outstanding.

18x8.75 and 18x9.75 +20 all around with 245/40 and 275/35 Will this fit okay on rolled fenders with close to stock camber? I'm just trying to figure out the best wheel size and offset to run this tire size... going more for performance than looks.

I appreciate any help.

Hoping to get some pretty immediate assistance before I place this order -

I'm about to get the following -

Front - 18x8.75 +20 wrapped in 245/40/18
Rear - 18x9.75 +20 Wrapped in 265/35/18

Just making sure I'm not going to have any goofy fitment issues. I DO NOT want obvious stretching. I'm aware I'll probably be rolling fenders.

thanks!

with a 275 i think a +25 would be a better fit if you want close to stock camber.

Cool thanks! How much camber do you think to run the 275 on a +20?
