Same with the rear. on a 10.5 +43 with a bigger tire (275) I barely (like barely) had to roll the top part of fender. Your 245 should fit fine.
As for camber, factory adjustments have a lot of range, I'm tucking all 4 tires and my alignment place still was able to get me a good alignment without changing parts/arms/ etc. and FYI toe setting is the important one, camber secondary but also important (but bad toe setting kills tires faster than bad camber)
..."bigger drop in the front than the back" - Lookup the spring specs, I don't remember off the top of my head if it's even or raked drop.

what size tires should i run on
19x9.5 +40 in the front
19x9.5 +22 in the rear
I am lowered on espelir ASD/ tokico blues with rolled front fenders and shaved rears. i am not aiming for a huge stretch just slight stretch
I was thinking 245/35 all around but just wanted to get some inputs before i do anything. Thanks

"Stretch" is kind of dependent on tire brand, the picture I posted above of my car is a 9.5 up front with a 235/35 Toyo Proxes T1R, you can see the slight stretch. However with the same size but a General tire, it wasn't as "curved" at the sidewall. A 245 on a 9.5 won't give you a stretch, it might actually have a "square block" look... a 245 tire is around 9.65" wide - wider than the 9.5" wheel you have.
Did you test fit the fronts yet? The thing I'd worry about is the front offset. I used to have an 8.5 +38 up front, compared to your 9.5 +40, your wheel would sit 15mm closer to the strut. My current 9.5 +24 required a roll and a pull of the front fenders (on 235/35's) and your +40 wheel would sit more than 1/2 an inch closer to the strut (16mm, or 0.62 inches) and from what I remember my inside lip was pretty close to the coilovers.

I tried it on my stock shocks and springs it seemed to clear on the inside and the lip of the rim on the outside is lined up with my fender after i used a jack to jack the rim up. I wanted to drop it and try it but Tokico had the shocks back ordered for a month and i am still waiting for them and they are suppose to be here sometime this week. To me it looks like it will fit with a little camber but i could be wrong. the tires i might go with are Kumho ecsta spt's

Kumho Ecsta's stretch a little, just don't do the 245's up front or you'll have the tire hanging over the lip a little.

If it clears the stock shocks then you should be ok... the outside might be lined up with the fender jacked up, but remember there's camber gain so it won't sit the same when lowered... my 9.5 +24's stuck out about an inch when the car was on jack stands, but it's lined up with the outside fender after the roll/pull + about 2.1-degrees of camber.
Kumho Ecsta's stretch a little, just don't do the 245's up front or you'll have the tire hanging over the lip a little.

Ballin with 15" rims :)
I had some negative experiences with performance rims, so I will have to stick with my 225/60R15. I won't post pictures of the really cool factory rims so I don't embarass anyone

A 255/40 is 661mm tall (26"). That said:
A 265/40 is 669mm tall (26.3"), barely 8mm taller than a 255/40.
A 265/35 is 643mm tall (25.3") actually 12mm shorter in height than a 255/40.
This is relative, provided that all four tires would be the same brand, type, age, and air pressure, on the same brand/type/width wheel. Some brands are a little shorter, some a little taller - but the differences shown above as far as overall height is pretty spot on.
I'd say do 265/40 if you got some fender gap to fill, 265/35 if you want to feel some more of the road

Rim Brand and Type: HP Racing Evo
Rim Size f/r: 18x8 front, 18x9 rear
Rim Offset f/r: +38 offset
Tire Size f/r: 215/35 front, 225/40 rear
Suspension Setup: MK4 TT OEM struts, MK4 H&R springs
Comment On Ride: Wheels sit pretty decent. suspension rides smooth and a lil stiffer than stock. Comfartable ride.
Fender Modifications: none
Any other comments: I still have to get an alignment done. I'm gonna be switching the 225/40's up to the front an buying some 245/40 for the rears.

i need some help on the rim info.
thinking of picking up some used rims
looking thru the thread seems like i can fit 18x9.5 +30 with 265/30 in front and back.
but want to make sure these fit without a problem.
will i need to do any fender mod?
two sets have uneven wear so if i were to put new tires, if there are better sizes on just front or rear, please advise.
thanks
