Default URGENT: headlights not working

'95 SC400

Neither low beam nor high beam work. Checked the four 15A fuses underhood and all were fine. Tried replacing bulbs - nothing. All other lights work (except dome light, that may just be the bulb). When switching to high beams, the indicator on the dash doesn't illuminate.

I'm new to the SC series so I have no idea where to start looking.....

PLEASE HELP!

Edit: The headlight indicator on the dash doesn't illuminate either.

Also, the remote trunk and gas filler door release buttons don't work.

Anyone else have any clue? I'm taking it in to the dealer from whom I bought it on Monday to have theur mechanic check it out. If they can't do anything, I work at a Lexus dealership and get good discounts on labor

That's another possibility. There's a relay in the underhood fuse box labeled 'HEAD'....is that for the headlights?

there is another fuse box under the pash on the drivers side kick pannel. just behind the carpet. there is a guide on the back of the cover... check the fuses there too.
