Is this overpriced?

I've been eyeballing this Lexus for the past week maybe. Price is over the KBB for "excellent" condition I believe.

Ask owner for a copy of the door sticker.

If the car is as described, if you like the car's features, if it's within your budget, and if you're not buying it with hopes of making money off it through a quick sale ( read: you're planning on driving it ), then consider this ( loosely borrowed from a wise contributor to this forum ): It only hurts once when you buy quality.

Bad deal, stay away!
I just bought a almost same car from local dealer for 34.5k CPO + tax and fees with 1.9% 60mo.
Some issues I've noticed from this listing:
1. It looks like a Lexus 18" rim not 19" but with a 19" tire on it.
2. Certified Warranty (NOT Transferable per Lexus)

If you are willing to spend $38k on a used 2013 RX, I'd suggest you buy one from Lexus dealer. My dealer performed all services on the car including new tires, break pad, detail cleaning and buffing, CPO warranty and good financing rate.
Hope that helps.

I would check first dealers around for two year old car. May be it will have less bells and whistles for the same price, but consider this - how often you going to use those features?
In my opinion Craigslist is not the best place to buy expensive car.

Thanks for the responses folks. I've decided to pass for now. I might wait to see about a 2016 when they come out.
