Found ths info !
I finally found the info I was referring to:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...ams-on-rx.html
I'm taking this to an independent shop which specializes in European and Asian vehicles including Lexus. I spoke to them on the phone, and they seemed very interested in helping me, saying they would do research and inspection on how to perform the headlight alignment at no charge, then give me a quote on the actual work. I'll take this info to them. Hopefully this procedure works on a 2015.

Headlights adjustment (RX450H,2011)
I can’t seem to be able to adjust the headlights. I have tried adjusting them by turning the adjusting screws ( screws in a guided funnel ), but the headlights won’t response. Pls advise. Thank you.

Finally figured it out
I live in Australia and have a right hand drive RX450h so keep that in mind but I’ve struggled with the low beam adjustment being set too low for a few years. The adjuster is located behind the right rear wheel and is an adjustable link that measures the distance between the body and the rear suspension arm, thus, sending the info via a rheostat type device to the headlight level adjuster in each headlamp. If you remove the rear wheel it is located at the top just behind the disc. You will need an open ended 10mm spanner and a 10mm socket or ring spanner. You will see an elongated slot which the link is attached to, if you undo the nut while holding the open ended spanner on the rear side you can slide the link down and re tighten it. I’ll leave it to you to figure out how far to slide it down but I finally have some distance vision on low beam without blinding oncoming traffic (tested).

Thought I'd throw this out there..
Anyone know if it is possible to adjust solely the high beams? On my 2014 RX w/ HIDs, half of the high beam shines below the cutoff line of the HID low beam. In my old 2004 RX330 the high beam was completely above the HID low beam cutoff which gave great visibility. Below is a picture of what I mean.
I have tried adjusting the beams via the mechanism in the engine bay but this mechanism adjusts both the low beams and high beams at the same time as one unit, which is not what I'm looking for. I am wondering if I can adjust the auto-leveling sensor in the rear of the vehicle so the HIDs point lower in effect raising the high beams and then I can use the mechanism in the front to fine tune. It really irks me that the high beams basically illuminate space that the HIDs are taking care of already. I drive on country roads so I need more illumination than what I'm currently getting with the high beams.
