Radio controls on 2012 NAV screen vs 2015
Not sure I like the way all the pre-sets (36 of them) list down the left side of the screen. On the 2012 if you selected AM, FM, SAT etc. the screen only showed the pre-sets for that selection. On the 2015 the pre-sets listed don't change with your "band" selection. You have to hit the down or up arrow to get to the group of pre-sets you want. In addition the pre-sets are so small you have to take your eyes off the road longer to select the right one.

It sounds like the 2015 has retained what I was told at the time was the "new consolidated preset list" when I was walked-through the various features on my new 2013. I too find it challenging to use. I spent several weeks playing with various configurations of the preset list when I first brought my RX450h home, but never found something that has worked well for me. I used presets quite often in my previous RX400h, and still do in my 2014 MBZ that retains separate preset lists by source. Maybe it has to do with my becoming an old dog that does not learn new tricks as easily. ;-)
...the one thing that I must admit is helpful, is I can briefly see the source and channel as they change in my HUD, so I'm not taking my eyes off the road to know what I've switched to.
