Does anyone have a Thule box?
I am thinking about getting a roof box for skis (and possibly golf clubs)…the dealership said the Thule Pulse box is the one they sell…does anyone have this box? What do you think of it? Is it loud, easy to get in and out of, does the inside stay dry, what does it fit? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I don't have a Pulse (I have a Thule Force), so I can't speak specifically to the Pulse. However, my Force is great. East to install and remove, minimal fuel mileage impact, contents stay dry, and no additional wind noise.
Check prices on Amazon. That's where I ended up finding the best deal, and it was shipped to my house.

Yes, i have the thule pulse 614 large.
So, im 6ft tall. To mount the thule into the crossbar on top requires a mini ladder. Since it opens on 1 side, I mount it closer to the passenger side, so its not centered. Even with my height and long reach, I had to get a ladder to get the get to the inside grip mount.
It also comes with velcro to be use with the grip mount and it was hard to thread those in so I didn't bother using it.
So the funny thing was I had it shipped to work, the box fits perfectly inside the rx450 (assume 350) is same interior, with the back seat folded down. So I didn't need to take it out of the box to bring it home.
Works well, I drove from ny to boston, maine, ri, etc and everything was dried. One thing is you will notice a 2mpg lower due to wind resistance and I noticed during acceleration it wasnt as fast.
I got mine 2 years ago off amazon, free shipping if primed. If I had to do it again, I would buy the one that opens from both side.

I have a Thule, opens on both sides to make it much easier to fill. I am 6' and can put it on my RX by myself. loading it does help with a ladder, but near a curb or standing on the door works too.
Not sure which I have, it is about 5 years old now. The clamps did break, I had to order replacement parts trom Thule.
Yes - I would do it again.

I tried to install 613 Alpine box, but because of the length can't open the tailgate, so took it down.
Probably other boxes has different attachment points as they are much shorter
